Hi Everyone, HAPPY NEW YEAR and thanks for visiting my blog today. Apologies for not getting another post done while in transit last week - we have just returned from another five days at the lakes. Gorgeous weather again however even though I took all the scrapping supplies the opportunity to scrap was limited with just two layouts and a card this time.
When catching up on the many blog posts while away I discovered
Lili's Little Fairies Challenge (formerly Lili of the Valley Thursday Challenge) with their 1st Challenge "New Beginnings". This is the new baby card, to welcome little Tilly, I have entered using a cut out Lili of the Valley Image.
Flowers are from Wild Orchids. Flower border is using a Martha Stewart Punch with liquid pearls.
For a change this card went together super quickly. The paper is a tissue type paper that has been in my stash for a while and I then framed it with the silver border to make a nice edge. The insert in the middle was punched around a 5 inch square using the Martha Stewart flower punch as on the front. The stars had also been in my stash for a long time.
